We earn client satisfaction through the value we add in delivery. Some projects are complete; others are on site today.
What it involves
The physical execution of the works: running the site, appointing and coordinating trades, controlling quality and progress, and answering for the result. Our strength is residential construction, though clients increasingly bring us into special projects.
When it fits
When the design is settled and what is needed is someone to build it while answering for time, cost and quality.
Building on difficult plots
Building in the city centre, between party walls with the street still in use, changes the whole logistics: storage, pour schedules and access. Hotel Fortich was built under exactly those conditions.
Trade coordination
Structure, services and finishes overlap. The trade that governs the date is usually the one nobody is watching, which is why the programme is checked against what is happening on site, not against what was planned in January.
Finishes through to handover
We stay with the project through every finish until it is handed over. That is the stage the client judges, and where control — or its absence — shows.
